Nitish Kumar is a politician of common genre , nothing special , nothing maverick but he clicked & was prominent in the political mosaic of the country. He is not a public speaker par excellent having extra magnetism to gravitate mass but not avoidable at any cost.
After deserting Lalu Pd , he formed Samta Party & in the hustling of 1995 was able to send only seven M.L.A. in the State Assembly so, pooh poohed by one & all , who were looking at him as the challenger to Lalu Pd .
Nitish Kumar was an engineer by training , went on the drawing table to know , what went wrong & started to devise new theorems which was to give him definite determinants for getting equations of success in hustling .
First he went for cast matrices of Bihar , sampled them in upper cast, backward cast, not so backward cast ,dalits & mahadalits . Boundary condition was given by the constitution of India , corollary was reservation given to them in Govt. services & other related avenues . Nitish Kumar , appllying cast statistics of percentages comprising the whole population of Bihar, putting them in rows & columns of 'matrices theory' of algebra & able to find determinants , which was able to take him to the coveted crown of chief ministership. But Nitish Kumar was Kurmi by cast comprising only 4% of poulation .
Nitish Kumar knew the cast affiliations ,so arranging them in 'rows & columns' never put them asymmetrically as he was well versed in body politic also . For cast & sub-cast his alchemy of 'permutation & combinations' was flawless , inverse of cast matrices was perfect He employed every cast variables in rational boundary condition equipped him to go lethal . But his whole of this knowledge & related exercise was theoritical albeit he had the blueprint of success .
He was aware of his limitation & to achieve the indetermination of the political structure of Bihar , he employed 'conjugate beam theory' . Application of this theory was unheard previously in politics . Making him the fulcrum beam first, he did his conjugation with B.J.P.& afterwards with R.J.D. of Lalu Pd .
